Stefanija, HR Business Account Manager

The ability to truly understand things from someone else's point of view has served Stefanija well. A former regional fencing champion and current HR professional and German Paralympic wheelchair fencing coach, Stefanija says working with disabled athletes has taught her to never attack any challenge until she's first considered all the angles.

My Department

Human Resources (HR): P&G HR professionals partner with our Business Units to help meet strategic goals. They make assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements while delivering leading edge technology mastery in areas such as benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, talent supply, training, and development.

My Responsibilities

Building organization capability through implementation of HR Systems, which support the business needs.

My Greatest Achievement

Leading and managing business teams' development, coaching and building their skills and competencies and defining clear measures/accountability for HR.

International Partnership of Business Schools (IPBS) / ESB. I graduated in 2002.
